ingredients
300 g. Pumpkin - " Hokkaido "Or" Bal Kabak "
150 g. sugar 100 g.
walnuts
You might want to season it with cinnamon.
preparation
Core first break pumpkin and chop into work-friendly pieces.
2a. When the meat is too hard to peel the pumpkin pieces in its raw state and dice, this can be earlier in a pot of sweetened water soft simmer. Then the meat can be easily detached from the shell.
2b. When the meat is soft but from the beginning (as in "Bal Kabak "), you can skip the cooking and peel raw pumpkin and dice.
