When "Muffin Paradise one finds all sorts of really muffin ideas. ingredients for the sauce:
  • olive oil 1 onion
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 200 ml vegetable
  • 2 stalks spring onions
  • chop about 6 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • little cornflour and fry the onion
