Key-Lemon Muffins
When "Muffin Paradise one finds all sorts of really muffin ideas. If I ever want to try new muffins is therefore my first port of call, and then usually I have problems myself to decide, because the selection is of great recipes really great. Yesterday I had then for my birthday this Key-Lemon Muffins made and would also like to post them here, because my laptop did turn on but then one day no longer simply was out of my post but then nichts.Glücklicherweise he does today yet again (let's hope it stays that way ).
the muffins were the way lemony fresh and the batter was nice and juicy. The recipe I use will therefore probably more frequent. For the icing I mixed just 2 drops green food coloring with a little lemon juice, water and powdered sugar.
