Tagliatelle with mushroom Frischkäsesoße
Today's Pasta with me again because noodles taste really always go fast and can be served with all sorts of sauces. This sauce is, as so often created through improvisation in combination with leftovers and how often it has surprisingly tasted delicious.
ingredients for the sauce:
- olive oil 1 onion
- 300 g mushrooms
- 200 ml vegetable
- 2 stalks spring onions
- chop about 6 tablespoons of cream cheese
- little cornflour and fry the onion
