A sauce always different

Linguine with meat sauce, vegetables


In my blog, it was a little quiet time. Today I am finally here again to blog while I've also blogged no biscuits (which is then tuned next again). Cooked , a S0ße I in the form actually make quite often, but just every now and then with one or the other variant.
to the pasta dish I've eaten my current favorite peppers: Baby peppers. Which I think is so great that they even have earned extra photo (at first glance you probably do not recognize that the peppers are really Winzline). On the size you should not be deceived by them because the kids have quite a kick ;-)



ingredients for the sauce: olive oil

  • 1 onion 3 cloves garlic
  • 500 ml tomato puree
  • 300 g minced meat 300 g
  • Italian TK-vegetable mixture
  • 100 ml cream 80 g Parmesan
  • salt, pepper, herbes de Provence
onion and garlic into fine dice and either fry in olive oil. Minced meat and fry. Just before the meat even the vegetables and allow to fry. Then add the strained tomatoes and cream, let boil and season to taste everything. Leave to simmer it until it has the desired consistency, but it should also ensure that the vegetables are not overcooked. Finally, stir in the Parmesan.
