What Floor With Red Walls

This and that during Advent

The Advent season has begun and this year I'm almost done with the cards. There are missing perhaps two or three. But that's no problem.
Today I have with me spinning wheel the ingredients for a lip balm Margit purchased. I was not too far away found a shop that supplies these products. At home I have also stirred the same. Next time I know that the mass is quickly established and will fill it a little faster in the potty.

After all, it feels good on the lips. And it's more than I thought. How fortunate that I have also bought several small pots.

Not only do I feel cold. Even the birds are back in droves in the garden and look forward to the feed in the feed house. And I am pleased with the variety of birds. Unfortunately, they have their pictures taken ill. After all, the robin has been sitting still. The nuthatch was a little too fast for the Digi, the photo is blurry. Even a squirrel I've seen this year already in the fodder house.

For Advent wreath I bought a "colorful" naked rim and simple drum loops bound only. A thick beeswax candle in the middle. The whole thing I put in my tart form, because I only had a red plate, what color I was not so appropriate.

for the table runner I recently bought fabric and I once again set up the sewing machine. I do not as often.

And now a recipe for leftover Eigelbe

Filled marzipan ring

1 untreated orange / or orange peel powder, 250g marzipan, 3 egg yolks, 25g sugar, 1P bourbon vanilla sugar, 1 tablespoon orange liqueur, round wafers, 100g redcurrant jelly, I have plum jam made

The Orange hot rinse and shell reiben.Marzipanrohmasse, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, Orange peel and orange liqueur until smooth, thick mass stir .. Pour into a pastry bag with medium star tip and pipe onto the wafer circuits. Bake in preheated oven at 175 ° for about 15 minutes until lightly brown. Heat

currant jelly in a small saucepan slightly, stir until smooth and add a half teaspoon of jelly in the middle of the rings. Allow to cool.

this time I had no rings sprayed onto the wafers, because to my mind it is too tiring. I've placed small piles on the wafers and dipped in icing sugar with a wooden handle of a wooden spoon small wells placed in the middle. That was wonderful and I had to not clean the piping bag. :)
