French toast with blackcurrant jam
Today I post here again, a court where you need not explain much: French toast in the sweet variety. Go ruckzuck and I not only like to eat for breakfast.
One needs just eggs with a dash of cream and whisk a pinch of salt. Toast on both sides in this mixture and place in a pan with some butter until golden brown. Then just sprinkle with sugar.
