delicious with spinach



If it is hot outside, as this week, I usually do not like to stand long on the stove, because there will in an already hot kitchen is even hotter. I also have no desire to heavy food. But what I taste at all temperatures is pasta. Therefore, I recently made a very quick and easy pasta Version:


Pasta with spinach sauce


ingredients for the sauce: 1 onion

• 2 cloves garlic olive oil

finely and fry in olive oil. Add the frozen spinach and let them to simmer until thoroughly defrosted. The cream substitute (or real whipped cream) and allow to boil again. Finally, season to taste with salt and pepper only.
